Rental Notes
- Please note that these Residences are privately owned, and that The Ritz-Carlton Club is not operated like a hotel or resort. For this reason, early check-ins or late check-outs are NOT available. The RCC staff will be happy to accommodate you if they are able, but due to very high owner occupancy, you will be expected to check out promptly at 11 a.m. And when arriving, check-in time is at 4 p.m., no earlier.
- SATURDAY-TO-SATURDAY RENTALS, PLEASE! UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED HERE, A 7-NIGHT MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD IS REQUIRED DURING HIGH SEASON and DURING THANKSGIVING AND CHRISTMAS/NEW YEAR'S AT THE RITZ-CARLTON RESIDENCES. DURING LOW SEASON, A 5-NIGHT MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD IS REQUIRED. (You may, of course, rent outside this Saturday-to-Saturday period, but you will then be required to move to another nearby Residence on the Saturday.)
- ALL RITZ-CARLTON RESIDENCES ARE NON-SMOKING VILLAS. A $250 penalty, strictly enforced, will be charged to guests who smoke inside any Residence.
