The villa features: 4 air-conditioned king size bedrooms, all with hand-carved teak furnishings from Bali, bedrooms layed-out on 3 different levels, 1 bedroom can be setup to accommodate 2 twin beds, private bathroom and deck area in each bedroom, computer workstation with fax, printer and internet access, comfortably accommodates up to 8 people. If needed there is a honeymoon cottage in the property that can accommodate two more people. Enter the great room where a spacious living and dining area opens to a beautiful wrap-around deck. A custom-made mahogany bar is the perfect place to mix up a tropical concoction to sip on a carefree day. The kitchen is complete with an Italian granite island perfect for preparing gourmet delights. Local renowned artist, Helen Eltis, has created a masterpiece illusion with her painting of this room in the Trompe L'Oeil style. Each of the four king-size bedrooms offers hand-carved teak furnishings from Bali, air conditioning and privacy with their own bathrooms and sun decks. One bedroom has the option of two twin beds. Meritage comfortably accommodates up to eight people. Bedroom 1 is a relaxing king size bedroom, featuring a large armoir and loveseat. The private sun deck is a perfect place to read a book, or enjoy a cup of coffee while enjoying the views of the garden and the Caribbean sea. Bedroom 2, a cozy king size bedroom, has spacious sun deck and views of the garden and beaches. Bedroom 3 is an inviting king size bedroom with lounge area. Relax in a nice hot shower, crafted by locals in traditional island stone-work, with a great view of Hart Bay! Step outside this bedroom and your jacuzzi awaits you. Bedroom 4 has the option of two twin beds or a king size bed, depending on your needs. Step directly out onto the pool deck and go for a swim. Relax in the hammock or take a refreshing dip in the pool. The pool deck is the perfect gathering place, complete with your own cocktail bar, surrounded by lush tropical gardens and native shell and coral stone work. You'll enjoy the private jacuzzi setting on the lower level with views of Hart Bay and beautiful sunsets over St. Thomas. Stepping out to the sun decks, you can gaze down toward beaches from all sides. You can dine inside or alfresco on the barbecue deck that overlooks the pool. Covered decks and sun decks surround the house on three sides and on two levels, adding over 2000 sq. ft. of living space for your enjoyment.
