Description
This spacious, newly constructed villa situated at Saline Point, Cap Estate is situated on the northern most point of St. Lucia. The villa enjoys spectacular panoramic views of the north west coast including the historic national park of Pigeon Island, the beautiful French island of Martinique to the north, and to the south the majestic Mount Jimmie.
The Master bedroom has a king-size bed and en suite shower-room. It has two patios with great panoramic views.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 both have 2 single beds each with en suite shower-rooms. Both of these bedroom open onto a wide patio. All the bedrooms are air conditioned and have nets over the beds.
The long patio runs the whole length of the house with an outdoor dining area over looking the large pool. The spacious sitting room has a large screen television that is connected to Cablevision, plus a Bose surround sound stereo system.
There is a large dining area adjacent to a modern, spacious kitchen which completes the living area.
The pool is situated in a spacious pool deck and is well equipped with loungers so you can enjoy lazy days in the sun. The property is situated in a fully landscaped, mature garden which is the pride of the gardener, Dragon, who would be very happy to show you around and familiarise you with all the tropical plants.
