A La Plage is a beautiful, brand new, one bedroom, one and a half bath condominium in the 24 unit Palm Beach complex on one of St Maarten's finest beaches, Simpson Bay. The name means "at the beach" and that is certainly where you are in this charming apartment. The views from the deck and the pool area are of the beautiful white sand beach and crystal clear Caribbean Sea. A La Plage is perfect for one couple looking for a quaint, romantic getaway. The condo is furnished entirely in teak, rattan and mahogany imported from southeast Asia and features a king size bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The large kitchen area features stainless steel appliances and opens onto the living and dining areas. A covered terrace outside offers space to relax in lazy chairs and outdoor dining overlooking the complex pool. The pool area is spacious and offers plenty of lounge chairs for relaxing in the sun. Just steps from the pool area is the sandy beach and warm ocean.
