Three Palms Villa is located on prestigious Peterborg Point on the north shore of St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands. The villa features a lush, tropical, waterfront retreat. Much of the property is shaded by a beautiful old ficus tree, and our cliff side location offers unparalleled down island views.
Our unique plunge pool, built around a huge boulder on the edge of the cliff, measures 10'x10' and is 4' deep. It has seating all around, so you can sit back and relax in the water while reading your favorite book and taking in the splendid view.
If you enjoy cooking, this kitchen is for you. We've tried our hardest to outfit the kitchen with just about anything you would need to cook up a gourmet meal on nights you'd rather stay in and stargaze.
The Living Room features two sofas with matching chair to comfortably accomodate six people.
Our library holds all the essentials to keep you occupied when lounging around the house. We have a wide variety of books, magazines, movie videos and board games.
Our Master Suite features a queen sized bed, private bath, and spectacular ocean views.
Our Second Guest Suite features a queen sized bed, private bath, and garden views.
Our Third Guest Suite features two twin beds, which easily convert into a single King, private bath, and ocean plus garden views. A twin sleeper sofa completes this suite.
The cottage has a queen sized bedroom and is situated down a short flight of stairs from the living area.
The cottage living area features a full kitchenette. Bathroom with shower is shown up the stair between the kitchen counters. A pull out sofa bed is available for two additional guests. Great for families.

Rental Notes
- Guests 9-11 on sofa sleepers. Add $100/person per week.
- Full weekly house rental is required over Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years holidays.
- Maid service can be arranged for an additional $100 per day.
- The villa has high speed DSL internet access available at no charge. Guests can hook up their laptop via wireless or ethernet.
