The fully air-conditioned main floor has five king bedrooms, each with a bath and beautifully appointed with original art and stylish furnishings. One bedroom suite is also outfitted with a two-twin trundle bed, perfect for children. The king master suite showcases its own media/sitting area and aqua-tiled double shower with benched seating. Additional features of the main level include an office nook outfitted with a DSL line for your laptop and a fax just off the roomy kitchen. Below, the Pool and Beach Suite level presents the private pool and massage deck and two private one-bedroom apartments, both with air-conditioned king bedrooms. Rental Notes

A 7-NIGHT MINIMUM RENTAL IS REQUIRED FOR CORAL GARDENS ALL YEAR AROUND, EXCEPT AT XMAS/NEW YEAR'S, WHEN A 10-NIGHT MINIMUM RENTAL IS REQUIRED.) For Thanksgiving Week and for Christmas/New Year's periods only, Coral Gardens MUST be rented along with Secret Gardens, the smaller villa next door. (A 10-night minimum rental is required during the Christmas/New Year's holiday period.
CORAL GARDENS has part-time, on-site managers who come from time to time and stay in the lower Beach Suite with its own private entrance. If this villa is booked to capacity (all 7 bedrooms rented), he and/or she will not stay in the Beach Suite. If and when they are in residence in the Beach Suite, however, your privacy at Coral Gardens is always assured.
BEDDING: Main level: 5 kings (OR 4 kings + 2 twins, your choice) + 2-twin trundle bed in 1 king BR. Pool Suite: 1 king + twin daybed which converts into 1 pop-up king bed in A/C'ed BR); LR + kitchenette. Beach Suite: 2 kings (2nd king bed in EITHER the BR or LR)
