Rental Notes

Steele Point Estate's manager, Rick, lives in a separate apartment above the laundry. He is there to assist you with anything you might need, including island advice - but your total privacy at Gestalt is completely assured.
The new two-bedroom cottage, Blackbeard's Hideaway, is being constructed next door to The Gestalt, but the property owners have promised to keep noise and disruption down to the lowest level possible. The Hideaway should be completed in spring, 2007.
