Description
When you approach the villas there is an ornamental gate with frolicking dolphins and the entire property is walled providing you a sanctuary of peace and relaxation. The driveway meanders through tropical landscaping of indigenous plants of the Turks and Caicos Islands and an explosion of colors from the bountiful bouganvillea plants.
The villa has four well appointed bedrooms. Two with a king size beds and two with queen size beds. Each bedroom in each villa also has its own private bathroom with a shower.
The first floor has a private furnished screened in veranda where you can relax and enjoy the gentle trade winds, admire the tropical gardens, and listen to the hypnotic ocean surf as it laps the shore.
The second floor has a private, furnished veranda as well as an open air wrap-around veranda allowing panoramic unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean and Grace Bay Beach and the luxury yachts sailing past through the Atlantic Ocean while they are coming into harbor at the nearby Turtle Cove Marina. A scene that is sure to take your breath away.
In the oceanfront gardens there are two sun shaded open air patio areas with tables and chairs that allow you to enjoy the glorious weather and dine alfresco. A propane bbq grill is provided so you make a memorable meal for dining under the millions of stars you will see unlike anywhere else but in the Turks and Caicos Islands.
