Rental Notes
- Power costs are very costly on the island and you will be charged a surcharge 43 cents per kilowatt hour (or current rate) if your power usage exceeds 750 kilowatt hours per week. Therefore, you are advised not to run the AC with doors or windows open nor leave fans and lights on when you are not in the room. Please be comfortable but not wasteful.

Villa Sounion is a luxurious 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom oceanfront holiday home located in the Thompson Cove area of Providenciales (Provo), Turks and Caicos Islands, British West Indies. This vacation villa rental contains superb artwork and Italian marble floors throughout.
This Turks and Caicos holiday villa rental has a private swimming pool overlooking the coral reef and affording magnificent views of the ocean. By the way, the Turks and Caicos Islands have one of the world's largest coral reef systems.
Villa Sounion's private swimming pool is surrounded by open and covered decks and terraces providing numerous opportunities to soak up the sun or relax in the shade. Wherever you choose to put your feet up while on vacation you will always be able to savour the magnificent views and cooling breeze.
Overlooking the swimming pool and the ocean beyond, Villa Sounion's living room is spacious and lavishly furnished. A collection of modern artwork adorns the walls and comfortable sofas and chairs invite you to relax and enjoy.
This vacation rental villa has a full selection of home entertainment equipment discretely stored in a large cupboard in the living room. Villa Sounion has satelite reception from DirecTV, which is integrated into the stereo receiver, allowing satelite audio channels to be played throughout the villa.
Villa Sounion also has a telescope with a selection of lenses for viewing distant yachts and ships by day and the romantic stars by night.
This Caribbean holiday villa has a dining room decorated with modern art and features Italian marble floors. The large dining table comfortably seats 10 people for formal dining. A full table setting (silverware, china, wine and water glasses) for 10 people is provided. Adjacent to the dining room is a mini-bar and a wine refrigerator with capacity for 32 perfectly chilled bottles.
Villa Sounion's spacious, modern and airy kitchen has commanding views of the villa's swimming pool and magnificent Grace Bay. There are two informal dining areas outside the kitchen; the veranda, overlooking the swimming pool and the breakfast balcony, overlooking the sea. The breakfast balcony has a table which comfortably seats 6 people and an electric barbecue grill is also provided.
This Turks and Caicos Islands vacation rental villa's kitchen is equipped with a large fridge/freezer (with ice machine), conventional and microwave ovens, ceramic cooker hobs and a dishwasher. The kitchen has a full compliment of electronic appliances: coffee machine, blenders, mixers, juicer, telephone and even a TV.

There are 2 complete master bedroom Suites, 1 large bedroom with a king-sized bed, 1 large bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a twin bedroom, featuring 2 queen-sized beds. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a shower and generous wardrobe and luggage storage space. All bedrooms face the sea, offering views of Grace Bay. Each bedroom of this beautiful Caribbean holiday villa is individually decorated to a high international specification and in harmony with the modern art prevalent throughout the house.
This vacation rental villa's first master bedroom is located on the first floor overlooking the swimming pool. This master bedroom suite has a private, screened balcony for enjoying the early morning views of the ocean while on holiday. The suite has a wide-screen TV, DirecTV linkage, VCR, air conditioning and ceiling fan.
Villa Sounion's first master bathroom is enormous and has two of everything. There are two seperate wash basin areas, two WCs, two shower heads in a shower that could comfortably accomodate all occupants of the villa! However, it only has one enormous walk in wardrobe.

Villa Sounion's Peach bedroom suite is located on the ground floor and offers a king size bed and lounge area with couch, coffee table and easy chair. The amenities offered include TV, air conditioning and ceiling fan. The Peach bedroom suite overlooks the garden and offers direct access to the swimming dock and the sea. The Peach bedroom has a spacious ensuite bathroom with shower.
This luxurious Providenciales (Provo) vacation rental villa's Blue bedroom is located on the ground floor and offers 2 queen size beds. The amenities offered include TV, VCR, air conditioning and ceiling fan. The Blue bedroom overlooks the garden and offers direct access to the swimming dock and the sea. Villa Sounion's Blue bedroom also has a spacious ensuite bathroom with shower.
Villa Sounion's Glass bedroom suite is located on the ground floor and offers a queen size bed and desk. The guest amenities include TV, a broadly stocked bookshelf and ceiling fan. The Glass bedroom overlooks the garden and offers direct access to the swimming dock and the sea. This is the smallest bedroom, but it comfortably provides privacy. The Glass bedroom also has a spacious ensuite bathroom with shower.
