At Beach Villa Avalon, you can snorkel just out front on famous Smith's Reef, and walk for miles on a sugar-white sandy beach. The pool at Beach Villa Avalon is free-form at its best, winding amid palm trees and lush landscaping... around the decks and under a bridge... leading up to a swim-up bar, with bar stools just below the waters surface! Enjoy al fresco dining. This outdoor dining room offers seating for 8, overlooking the meandering pool, tropical landscaping, and colorful sea.
The living room has a large flat screen TV, limestone floors, a circular beamed ceiling, and breathtaking views. The spacious gourmet kitchen at Beach Villa Avalon features stainless appliances, granite counters, a wine refrigerator, and limestone floor. A joy to cook in!
Each bedroom at Beach Villa Avalon has its own private outside entrance. Three bedrooms have king bed and one bedroom has two queen beds, all providing good privacy. The bathrooms are all quite large, modern, and well designed.
Beach Villa Avalon gets a comfortable, almost constant trade wind, so it would be rare to exceed the AC allotment.

Rental Notes
- The air conditioning is metered in order to discourage use with the doors and windows open. It is not expensive if used judiciously and you are not charged for the first $150 per week in usage, after which there is a charge of 28 cents per kilowatt hour. There is a separate, easy to read, digital AC meter in the laundry room where you may monitor AC usage if you wish. There are 8 separate air conditioning systems in this villa, so you only need to cool certain parts as needed.
