A three minute walk down your driveway and down the footpath leads you to the sugar white sands and pale turquoise waters of Taylor Bay Beach, sometimes known as Sunset Bay, or The Beach at Ocean Point. It is shallow for a long way out, making it perfect for young children and adults alike.
Enjoy the views and a memorable meal on Villa Moonshadow's screened porch or enjoy a tropical cocktail in a wonderfully tropical atmosphere relax and bask in the sun on Villa Moonshadow's waterside deck. Villa Moonshadow also has a spacious dining room, so you can comfortably dine inside or outside.
The interior of Villa Moonshadow is open and spacious with cathedral beamed ceilings in each room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, self-cleaning oven and more.
Additionally, Villa Moonshadow has cable TV, stereo for CD's and cassettes, washer and dryer, as well as other amenities.
Villa Moonshadow has 4 bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, plus an additional small room with a single twin bed and a crib that can accommodate a nanny or a child.
Villa Moonshadow offers beautiful views of the sea from almost everywhere on the property.

Rental Notes
- The villa also has a small nanny room with a sinlg etwin bed but no bathroom.
- The air conditioning is metered in order to discourage use with the doors and windows open. It is not expensive if used judiciously and you are not charged for the first $150 per week in usage, after which there is a charge of 28 cents per kilowatt hour. There is a separate, easy to read, digital AC meter so you may monitor AC usage if you wish.
