Beach Villa Sandstone has 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and is located right on the beach at the quiet western end of Grace Bay, Providenciales, which begins almost at your back door and extends for twelve miles along this world-famous shoreline.
This vacation villa and prime site used to be known as "Smith House", but it burned several years ago and the present house was built in 1999. Houses are no longer allowed to be built this close to the beach, but this house was allowed to be rebuilt on the original site right at the sands edge.
The location is absolutely superb! You can walk out your door and explore miles of uninterrupted white sandy beach. Just outside the back door is the famous Smith's Reef, a colorful tropical reef teeming with abundant sea life. Here you can simply wade out from shore and snorkel on one of the best reefs in the country. Note: with the coral reef so close to the shore, a rocky strip exists between the sandy beach and the water in this immediate area, but having various easy access points into the water.
Beach Villa Sandstone is surrounded by a shaded deck. You can relax on your deck and see and hear the waves lap right in front of you. From the deck too, you can watch luxury yachts sail past and see spectacular sunsets in the evenings!
Once you leave this idyllic setting, you will find 6 restaurants, all within easy walking distance. You can also walk to dive operations, fishing charters, limited shopping, and activities around Turtle Cove, its marina and Yacht Club. Although Beach Villa Sandstone is built right on the beach and only steps from the ocean, it has a beautiful pool for your vacation enjoyment too. The pool is surrounded by spacious decks where you can soak up the sun. There are also shaded areas and an area that's perfect for alfresco dining, while enjoying those magnificent views.
Beach Villa Sandstone has, in typically Caribbean style, a large, open-plan living area, which combines the kitchen, dining room and living room. The living area is comfortable and tastefully decorated. The high ceiling creates a cooling and exceptionally spacious atmosphere. The dining area is just as spacious and offers beautiful views of the pool and the ocean beyond. Beach Villa Sandstone's light and airy kitchen is fully equipped with all modern amenities for your vacation comfort and pleasure.
This beautifully decorated, spacious bedroom has a king sized bed, bathroom, cable TV and patio doors opening onto the deck and affording beautiful views of the ocean. There are 2 bedrooms on the same level as the living area. All the bedrooms at Beach Villa Sandstone have their own private bathrooms and cable TV. A large beach level bedroom with two queen sized beds, large private bathroom and cable TV for your entertainment. Another beautiful, light, beach level bedroom with king sized bed, private bathroom and cable TV.
Please note that the three bedrooms at beach level have private outside entrances and do not connect to the interior of the upper level.
The villa gets a comfortable, almost constant trade wind, so it would be rare to exceed the AC allotment.

Rental Notes
- The air conditioning is metered in order to discourage use with the doors and windows open. It is not expensive if used judiciously and you are not charged for the first $150 per week in usage, after which there is a charge of 28 cents per kilowatt hour. There is a separate, easy to read, digital AC meter in the laundry room where you may monitor AC usage if you wish. There are 6 separate air conditioning systems in this villa, so you only need to cool certain parts as needed.
