Description
This villa has one of the finest locations on the island. Pauli Mar sits on several hundred feet of sandy beach just a short distance from the famous La Samanna Hotel on Baie Longue. For those seeking privacy and luxury, this home is a brilliant blend of both. Pauli Mar is a beautiful beach villa with every amenity. It has four guest rooms with ensuite baths, three of which open onto a covered gallery that is adjacent to a large pool. One bedroom has a king bed, one has a queen bed and one has twin beds. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. The master suite with king bed and ensuite bath is opposite the living area and opens to the surrounding deck. The living area is large and open to the ocean. The beach is just a few steps away. The kitchen is done in teak with stainless steel appliances. Exquisite furnishings and details abound at this villa. The grounds are lush with plants and flowers everywhere cared for by the gardener who lives on the property. Pauli Mar also has a private tennis court.
