Security Deposit: On-Island
Bookings of 21 nights or longer have a 10% reduction on all villa rates.
Villa rates are subject to 10% Christmas supplement and mimimum 14 night booking.
Rentals over Jazz Festival require a 5 nights minimum let and are subject to a 10% supplement.
VAT tax will be applicable from as early as April 2010. The exact amount is not known yet but please be advised that this may apply to all bookings April 1st 2010 accordingly.

Rates based on double occupancy per bedroom.
Weekly rate is equal to seven times the nightly rate unless noted above.
