Description
Seagrass Cottage is available for short-term rent all year round. Direct access to the beach is adjacent to the property. The living / dining / kitchen area is open to the sea to enjoy the panoramic views from both levels. The fully equipped kitchen is convenient for both inside and outside dining. (the grill is on the deck).

There are three bedrooms; two have queen beds and the third has a double bed with a single bunk above. Catch the sunrise from your deck and take an early morning walk ... see what the fishermen are catching, watch the surfers ... or just collect some shells ...

The ocean in front of Seagrass Cottage is perfect for children - there is no sharp "drop-off" close to the water's edge. Also, there is a large sandbar about 100 yards out. There are almost always surfers riding the waves outside the swimming area. Relax with a good book and a cool drink in your front yard...

Guests are responsible for thoroughly cleaning the house and washing the sheets, towels, etc. prior to departure.
