The adjacent main pavilion offers the Great Room with vaulted ceiling, the dining area and kitchen, plus a second air-conditioned master suite with a four-poster king bed, and two additional air-conditioned bedroom suites, each with twin beds. Relax and watch a movie in the elegant Great Room from an overstuffed armchair, or create gourmet meals in the well-equipped kitchen or on the built-in gas grill on the terrace, and dine in style at the nine-foot mahogany table. Tucked between the Great Room and the pool courtyard is Sugar Bay House's gathering place - the comfortable solid mahogany bar which overlooks inspiring ocean views. French doors open directly from all rooms to the sweeping pool deck for lounging and tanning - there's even a double chaise lounge for those who want to tan together! Rental Notes
- The villa is fully furnished and includes sheets and bedding, bath towels and beach towels; beach chairs are not provided.
- Paper products, bath and laundry soap are supplied for start up but must be replenished by guests as needed during your stay.
- Mid-stay maid service is included with most rentals of 7 days or more; mid week service is not included on bookings of 2 guests or bookings with specials.
- Peter, Sugar Bay's experienced caretaker/manager is on the premises should you need him, in a separate apartment below, but of course your privacy is always assured.
- As in most Caribbean destinations today, construction is going on almost everywhere. New construction continues in the neighborhood near Sugar Bay House. If you would like to know more, we will be happy to check on it and to get current details of such activity for you, and to give you as much information as we are able to gather or observe about any noise or disturbance near Sugar Bay House...please inquire!
