Villa Marrakesh was built for pleasure. Located in the Dutch Lowlands, with a fantastic view across the Simpson Bay Lagoon to Terres Basses, this house has everything you need for a relaxing and inspiring vacation. Villa Marrakesh may be rented as a 3, 4 or 5 bedroom house, and has been carefully designed to provide the best possible villa experience.
You can cook a terrific meal in the gourmet kitchen while sipping wine from the well stocked wine refrigerator. You can dine outdoors on the pool deck accompanied by music from the indoor/outdoor sound system, or go out to eat at one of Marigot's restaurants, only a 10 minute drive away. Cupecoy and Mullet Bay beaches are within walking distance. There is a computer available for your use with a DSL internet connection. You can enjoy the home theater system, or soak in a jacuzzi bathtub and savor the view.
All rooms have flat screen TVs. The bedrooms have LCD 32" screens, while the living room has a 50" Plasma.
The home has only top-quality linens, and most rooms have either a silk or wook Oriental carpet.
The new pool has river rock, stainless steel ladder, and starburst LED pool lights that change their 8 colors automatically. Beautiful water line tile.
Two top of the line PC's are hooked up to a high speed DSL connection, together with an Ethernet port in the downstairs master. There is also a wireless network that covers the kitchen, living and dining rooms and the deck.
The home uses only non-toxic house and laundry products imported from the USA. There is also a whole-house water system from Life Source - a carbon system that uses no salt or chemicals, and filters ALL of the water in the house including bath and shower water.
The 60,000 BTU outdoor grill/BBQ has a side burner, rotisserie burner, infrared heater, and LED grill light.
A mosquito magnet helps to keep the home mosquito-free.
The only regrettable thing about Villa Marrakesh is that you may never want to leave!
