Villa Seacliff, Providenciales (Provo), with magnificent views of the sea, has 5 bedrooms, each opening on to a deck, with each bedroom having its own bath. In addition to the distinctive graciousness you will find throughout this villa, you can also enjoy an abundance of deck space, both covered and uncovered.
The living room at Villa Seacliff is truly grand with a thirty-foot high beamed ceiling, floors and walls of ancient coral stone, and views to take your breath away. Villa Seacliff, at the highest point of Ocean Point, Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands, is built in two sections offering you added privacy with two of the bedrooms standing separate from the main house and connected to it by an open deck. A stairway leads to the thatched gazebo and ocean access.
As you drive up to this magnificent coral stone villa, you will be awed by its impressive architectural design beautifully positioned amid colorful tropical gardens. Have afternoon cocktails in the gazebo or on any of the many decks giving you an unobstructed panorama of turquoise waters and brilliant sunsets. Enjoy outside dining by the pool with expansive views of the sea.
Villa Seacliff has a separate bedroom wing containing two king bedrooms and two baths, with three more bedrooms and three baths in the main structure for a total of five bedrooms. Each of the 5 bedrooms at Villa Seacliff open out to a deck, terrace, or covered verandah. Each bedroom has a king sized bed, and of course all bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms.
Villa Seacliff gets a comfortable, almost constant trade wind, so it would be rare to exceed the AC allotment.

Rental Notes
- The air conditioning is metered in order to discourage use with the doors and windows open. It is not expensive if used judiciously and you are not charged for the first $200 per week in usage, after which there is a charge of 28 cents per kilowatt hour. There is a separate, easy to read, digital AC meter where you may monitor AC usage if you wish. The meter is located in the broom closet to the right as you enter the villa. There are several air conditioning systems in this villa, so you only need to cool certain parts as needed.
