This hilltop villa, bordering the VI National Park, has a gorgeous pool with waterfall, Jacuzzi, 270-degree spectacular views, and beautifully designed lush landscaping. Although there are many lovely villas and beautiful views on St John, the location, design, and amenities of Luminaria make this villa quite unique. The spectacular mountaintop setting and views are considered one of the finest in the Caribbean.
A Guest Friendly Garden (Valencia Oranges, Banana Trees, Limes, Lemons, Papaya, Guava, Pineapple, Avocado & Mango) installed in the winter of 2009/2010 and most are already producing.
With its expansive sliding glass doors and oversized windows, the breathtaking views can be enjoyed from practically every room. Guests repeatedly rave about the spaciousness, attention to detail, and fantastic kitchen. Luminaria has great proximity to North Shore beaches, and yet is only 20 minutes to the Cruz Bay ferry dock.
